Rotate the hue of an element and its contents.

The structure of the class names are:

• .hue-{ROTATION}
• .hue-{ROTATION}-{SCREEN_SIZE} until the screen size

The values are:

• ROTATION 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270, 315
• SCREEN_SIZE lg, md, sm, xs
